My first discount!

Some friends of mine had seen the movie "An Inconvenient Truth" and immediately went and looked into purchasing a Toyota Prius. Being the good friends that they are, they lent me the movie to watch as well. I just watched it last night. I understand why my friends were moved to purchase a hybrid vehicle. I have decided that when I buy my next automobile, it will also be a hybrid. If you have not seen this movie, rent it first chance you get. It is fantastic! It is informative! It is also downright scary.

That said, I am giving my first discount ever. If any client drives a hybrid vehicle... whether it's the Hybrid Ford Escape, Hybrid Honda Civic, or the Prius, I will give them 10% off their bill. While 10% may not seem like much, if you are purchasing a $3000 wedding video, or getting a website - it is your car payment for the month.

For all of the people who stepped up and spent a little more for their vehicle so that they can be more environmentally responsible - Thanks!

As for me, I do not have a hybrid yet; I am driving around in a V6 Truck and a "beater" Jeep Cherokee - though that technically is not mine, it belongs to my 3 dogs. However, the next time I visit a car dealer, I will be leaving with a hybrid.
