Sarah Powers Media / Problem Solved Consulting

We love art. That is no secret. We love creating cool media packages for our clients; basically we love to play! But we did recognize our short comings. Or maybe I should just say we recognized that we were really good doing "design" but maybe we should bring in a ringer to team up with to help with the black and white type work. In short - copy.

Let me introduce you to Problem Solved Consulting. Problem Solved Consulting is owned by Karen Kirchler and Corinne Coleman. They handle in-house training for companies, write training manuals, and even manage, implement, or help write grants for many non-profit organizations. Some of you may already know Karen Kirchler. She works with us as a copywriter when our clients are in need of one (just in case that name rang familiar).

With all of that expertise, our two companies felt we could combine our skills to provide companies with a much more robust training package. With Problem Solved Consulting's in-house training and training manuals, to our expertise in building eLearning courses and training videos, we feel we have our bases loaded and our heavy hitter is up to bat. Not to mention I think the opposing teams pitcher hurt his arm last game and their 2nd stringer's lookin' nervous!

Finally, I've posted Las Vegas!

Like I said in my Arizona/Utah post, I was going to post my Vegas photos as soon as I had the opportunity! Well I finally do! I'm at a video conference in Jacksonville, Fl right now for the week and I am sitting downstairs at the Hyatt, enjoying a coffee, and writing on my blog. So finally, here are some photos Leila and I took on our Vegas trip.

If you haven't been to Vegas, I would say it is something to do at least once. If you find you don't like the city, there are plenty of ways to escape with numerous tours leaving Vegas for the Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire, or Hoover Dam! Leila and I decided to escape a bit and we went on an ATV tour through the Valley of Fire. Boy was that AWESOME!!!! 2.5 hours of ATV back trail riding through canyon land, you can't beat it!

Another highlight had to be the Vegas shows! OK, I say shows, but we only went to one... time was not on our side! We did see a fantastic one though, the Cirque du Soleil show of KA. You can check out the show on their website as well, along with the other 4 they have in Vegas.

We also HAD to do the cheesy (or touristy I guess) gondola ride. That's right, we paid a ridiculous amount of money to be serenaded by an singing American acting to be Italian while floating down a river inside a casino on a gondola while fellow tourists watched on.

I have to say though, the "Italian" woman had a WONDERFUL voice, was super nice, and we had a great time!

I almost forgot to mention. The buffets! If you like Golden Coral, you will be in food heaven. If you don't like Golden Coral - you will have a new appreciation for buffets! Our last night in Vegas we went out with style. We went to the buffet at the Bellagio! At $36 a person, this is a splurge but it has EVERYTHING from all you can eat King Crab Legs, Rack of Lamb, Steaks, and Sushi, to the biggest selection of dessert your stomach can hold! You WILL gain no LESS than 10lbs after this! I "should" be ashamed to show the following photos, but what the heck!

Generally, Leila and I are fuddy-duddies, so these photos are tame. Like they say, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!"
